Documentation

• Most recent paystubs (at least 30 days) and W-2s (2008 & 2009).
• Complete copy of your 2008 & 2009 1040 (ie: Federal Tax Return).
• Complete copy of corres business tax returns for the same period.
• Copy of YTD Profit & Loss/Balance Sheet for all active businesses. 
• Most recent bank and/or brokerage acct statements (last 90 days).
• Most recent statement on any 401Ks/IRAs (ie: retirement accounts).
• If purchasing a home, copy of the fully-executed purchase contract.
• On refinances, most recent mortgage statement and insurance info.
• If renting, copy of lease agreement including landlord contact info.
• If divorced, copy of Final Decree of Dissolution (signed by Judge).
• Letter of explanation for any adverse credit issues, job changes, etc.
• Additional information may be requested upon receipt of the above.
