Documentation

• Most recent paystubs (30 days) and last two W-2s (2007 & 2008).
• Complete copy of your 2007 & 2008 1040s (Federal Tax Returns).
• Copy of corresponding business tax returns may also be required.
• Copy of YTD Profit & Loss/Balance Sheet for all active businesses. 
• Most recent bank and/or brokerage acct statements (last 90 days).
• Most recent statement on any 401Ks or IRAs (retirement accounts).
• If purchasing a home, copy of the fully-executed purchase contract.
• On refinances, most recent mortgage statement and insurance info.
• If renting, copy of lease agreement including landlord contact info.
• If divorced, copy of Final Decree of Dissolution (signed by Judge).
• Letter of explanation for any adverse credit issues, job changes, etc.
• Additional information determined necessary upon receipt of above.
